Projects
Film-led works in development, production, and release.
Projects are the core structure of the studio. Each one may include moving image, stills, soundtrack material, printed fragments, and selected physical objects. What matters here is the production direction: work organised toward screen, sound, and release.
Current
Active projects currently being developed, produced, or prepared for release.
In Development

TV Sky — The Young Gods
Film fragment / music-led screen work
TV Sky is a short moving-image work built around the energy, texture, and industrial force of The Young Gods’ track. The piece treats sound as the driver of image: rhythm, repetition, distortion, and cut all become part of the screen language.
Rather than presenting a conventional music video, the work functions as a film fragment - a concentrated test of atmosphere, movement, timing, and sonic pressure.

Game Boy Ad
Screen work in development
Game Boy Ad is an in-development moving-image piece built from the memory, texture, and visual language of late twentieth-century consumer technology advertising and the UK ad (featured below).
The project explores the gap between commercial image, childhood memory, degraded media, and contemporary screen culture. It is being developed as a short film fragment, using advertising structure as a container for something stranger, more unstable, and more cinematic.
The work is currently moving through sound, image, edit, and test-sequence development.
THE SIGNAL KEEPS US
Screen work in development
The Signal Keeps Us is an in-development moving-image piece from Don Parker Studios, built around the idea of a human story carried by a damaged signal.
The project explores desire, memory, shame, performance, and control through the language of interference, degraded image, distorted voice, flicker, hum, blackout, and replay. It treats the signal not as a plot device, but as the hidden structure beneath the work: something unstable, damaged, and still transmitting.
The piece is being developed as a short film fragment, moving between cinematic image, sound design, synthetic space, and edit-based experimentation. Its focus is on what remains when feeling passes through machinery: when longing, violence, tenderness, and memory arrive broken, delayed, or out of sync.
The work is currently moving through sound, image, edit, and test-sequence development
